Partners

During the implementation period of the project, a series of activities took place, necessary to ensure the achievement of the proposed objectives and quantitative and qualitative indicators. The project partners were involved in regular international meetings, in order to collaborate in establishing each stage of the project progress.
In addition to transnational project meetings, the partners organized joint staff learning and training activities. The learning activities organized within the project had an important role as a source of exchange of experiences and practices between the partner organizations.

Transnational project meetings

The first project meeting took place in Romania (Bucharest) and was hosted by the coordinating partner Zivac Central Group. Performance period: 05 - 06.11.2019.

The Kick Off meeting was attended by representatives of each partner. The first transnational meeting of the project was a meeting in which all participating organizations and experts involved were presented. The partners discussed a number of aspects from the point of view of project management and the budget, agreed on the calendar, activities and results, partnership agreements were signed.

The purpose of this meeting was to provide a general overview of the main documents required for a good implementation of the project. The project activities to be carried out were also presented.

The second project meeting took place in Cyprus (Nicosia) and was hosted by partner Rivensco Consulting. Development period: 01 - 02.07.2020.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the project team of each partner. This meeting created the premises for discussing the overall planning of the project and the distribution of tasks in terms of progress and changes. The results and activities of the project were recapitulated by the time of the meeting, feedback on the needs and reaction analysis of stakeholders was analyzed, project objectives and success criteria were addressed and the risk register was analyzed identifying and discussing potential risks. additional. The up-to-date financial aspects and the forecasted use of resources and budgetary structure and for a recalibration with the time management plan were also discussed.

The third project meeting took place in Italy (Bologna) and was hosted by the partner I.I.A.P.H.S. from 06 - 07 August 2021.

The transnational project meeting was attended by 2 representatives from each project partner organisation.

The meeting started with presentations of the activities carried out by the partners in the period since the last meeting. This was followed by presentations of completed intellectual products and those still in the pipeline. These presentations were supported by the responsible partners. Partners planned activities to finalise all intellectual products. At the same time they planned the piloting session of the Power of Education course, which will take place in each partner country.

Further discussions took place on project management. An important topic was the dissemination of the project, including the current status and ideas for improvement. Activities for the coming months were planned.

A last transnational project meeting took place in Bucharest on 29-30 March 2022.

The last transnational meeting was attended by representatives from all partner organisations. Partners discussed a variety of issues such as feedback from target groups, stakeholder reaction, impact etc.

During this last transnational meeting partners presented their activities and progress to date. Partners made an assessment of the activities/results/achievements up to the time of the meeting. Representatives of the partner organisations, responsible for the financial side, discussed financial aspects of the project budget. Final intellectual products were presented. The participants agreed on the details of the multiplication events, concerning the agenda of the event, the locations of the events, the dissemination materials to be distributed during the multiplication events. 

The final report was discussed along with details of annexes, declarations and other documents. One of the main issues discussed during the final transnational meeting was dissemination and sustainability. Partners discussed a number of common and specific measures for sustainability and suggested different measures and scenarios to achieve maximum and lasting impact.

Training activities

The first short-term training activity took place in Italy (Bologna) and was hosted by the IIAPHS partner. Development period: 11 - 15.06.2020.

The planned activity within the training resulted in the participants having the opportunity to learn from each other, to share knowledge and experience.

Course topic:

- Understanding the needs of parents in their educational practices;

- Ability to communicate parent - child at different ages;

- Study of adolescents' reactions to parenting practices;

- Awareness of parents in the formation of values, myths and prejudices of adolescents regarding parenting - adolescent;

- Transnational comparisons of participating countries' practices

The second short-term training activity took place in Cyprus (Nicosia) and was hosted by partner RIVENSCO CONSULTING. Period: 7 - 11 September 2021. There were 11 representatives of partners from Romania, Italy, and Cyprus. 

This learning/teaching/training (LTT) activity was very important for the achievement of the project's objectives, as this activity covered topics from the training course to be delivered by the partners in each country. The topics of the training activity were: 

- Developmental psychology, with a special focus on adolescence

- Parent-child interaction in adolescence

- Parent as coach. Coaching strategies

- Internet safety

At the end of the 5-day training each participant gave feedback and Certificates of Participation were given to each participant.

The last short-term training activity took place in Romania (Bucharest) and was hosted by the coordinating partner ZIVAC GROUP CENTRAL. The activity took place from 15 to 19 November 2021. Eleven representatives of partners from Romania, Italy, and Cyprus were present. 

This training activity, which lasted 5 full days, combined traditional teaching elements, such as presentations and lectures, with interactive moments, informal learning activities and working groups.

This Learning/Learning/Training (LTT) activity is very important for the achievement of the project objectives, as it covered topics from the training course to be delivered by the partners in each country. The topics of the training activity were: 

- Education for safe and positive relationships

- Understanding behaviour and personality

- Managing emotions

- Preventing risky behaviours

At the end of the 5 days of training each participant gave feedback and were given Certificates of Participation.

Multiplier Events

In the context of the project "Talking to my teenager", funded by the Erasmus + programme, a series of events have been organized in all the partner countries of the project - Romania, Italy, Cyprus - to multiply and disseminate the activities implemented and the intellectual products developed within the project, in the period 2019-2022.

The main objectives of the multiplication events were both the general presentation of the project and the dissemination of the intellectual results together with the promotion and increase of opportunities for knowledge transfer, skills development, collaborative learning and increasing interest in the training programme.

 The events were prepared in advance by drawing up a common agenda of events, registering participants, preparing materials to be presented during the event (presentations, cartoons, info-graphics, etc), as well as presenting the Erasmus+ programme and its benefits.
